Court Reports and Assessments

Our psychologists are experienced in conducting assessments for individuals who require a psychological evaluation for the purpose of legal proceedings. Such assessments can include thorough interviews with all parties involved as well as psychometric and/or neuropsychological testing. We also offer assessments to diagnose ADHD in adults.
 
Our court assessments and reports can provide expert opinion on the following: 

• Connections between psychological factors and offending behaviours or incidents
• An individual’s risk of reoffending status
  
• Mental state/intellectual capacity affecting individuals currently and during the time of an alleged commission of an offence (including doli incapax assessments)
